Goals for the new week!
Good Morning everyone!
I recharged for a new week. It will be a busy one that’s for sure. I’m actually wondering how long I will stand in line tomorrow to vote. Maybe I should jog in place and do some other exercises while waiting around. Well no matter who you vote for I just hope everyone who can goes out and votes tomorrow.
I think I’m starting to get back into the groove again. I just need to keep moving forward and focus on my goals. My goals for the week are:
1. go to spinning 4 times this week
2. remember to drink more water
3. try to incorporate more veggies into my diet.
4. walk at least 2 miles everyday with my puppy
5. give support
